Thermo King Names CSTK 2007 Dealer of the Year

 

(Philadelphia – February 6, 2008) - CSTK East was recently named the Thermo King Dealer of the Year at the annual dealer’s meeting in Scottsdale. Since acquiring the Thermo King dealerships in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey late in 2005, CSTK East has put considerable time and attention into improving its relationship with existing customers and winning back former ones.  New features such as extending regular business hours and a new fleet of fully equipped Mobile Service Trucks improved the dealership’s ability to meet customer needs in a timely manner. Other customer-focused improvements include introducing a simplified, centralized billing system and the opening of a new service facility in Florence, NJ. 

 

Not to be overlooked are the efforts of the CSTK East employees during this transitional period.  “This award really belongs to our employees,” said Turner McDonald, Executive VP and General Manager of CSTK East.  “Although change is difficult and brings a certain level of uncertainty, our employees quickly embraced the new direction our dealerships were taking.  I salute all of them for their hard work and commitment to customer service. They really are the reason why CSTK East won this award.”
